¶1Heard leaned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 21st June, 2023 and the relieving order dated 20th November, 2023 on the ground that the petitioner has been relieved after almost four months of the transfer order.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this controversy of delayed relieving in terms of an earlier issued transfer order has already been taken into consideration by this Court in Writ - A No.- 20131 of 2023 putting the transfer order and the relieving order in abeyance with a further direction that such transfer orders may be subject to the fresh order that may be passed in the next year when the transfer policy comes and the respondent establishments proceeds to transfer the police personnel.

¶4Accordingly, this petition stands allowed in terms of order passed in Writ - A No.- 20131 of 2023 and the transfer and relieving orders dated 21st June, 2023 and 20th November, 2023 are put in abeyance. Order Date :- 11.12.2023 Atmesh High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
