¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chetan Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Department.

¶2Through this writ petition, the recovery certificate has been challenged by which recovery of Rs.82,782/- has been raised.

¶3Learned counsel for the Electricity Department submits that if the petitioner is so advised, he may approach the appropriate authority for arriving at one time settlement floated under the Government Order dated 4.11.2023.

¶4Under such circumstances, without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, we direct the petitioner to approach the authority for one time settlement as has been floated by the Government Order dated 4.11.2023.
