¶1Heard Shri Mushir Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 4.7.2022, registered at Case Crime No.391 of 2022, under Section 366 IPC, Police Station Bithri Chainpur, District Bareilly.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the present petition has become infructuous.
