¶1Heard Sri Ram Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Vivek Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.05.2023 in Case Crime No.103 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Awagarh, District Etah.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the Final Report No.58 of 2023 has been filed on 23.06.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
