¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shiv Prakash Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent no.8.

¶2Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by means of Writ Petition No. 30686 of 2014 (Ram Swaroop Vs. State of U.P. & others). It was disposed of vide order dated 29.5.2015.

¶3Till date, the respondents have not made compliance.

¶4While the second petition may not be maintainable, at present, in all fairness, learned Standing Counsel states that the State has no intent to flout the earlier order of the Court. Accordingly, it has been suggested that respondent no.1 may pass appropriate order pursuant to the order of the writ court dated 29.05.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 30686 of 2014 (Ram Swaroop Vs. State of U.P. & others), within a period of three months from today.
