¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 13.06.2022 in Case Crime No. 146 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 342, 379, 506 IPC, Police Station Kulpahar, District Mahoba.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that F.R. No. 10 of 2023 has been forwarded on 23.07.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
