¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned court below to consider and decide Criminal Case No. 3729 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No. 245 of 2016 under Sections 308, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Narahi, District-Ballia, within time stipulated by this Court.

¶3It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. having no. 14951 of 2022 was filed on 23.05.2022 which was taken as a fresh matter on

14.06.2022 but after revised call none was appeared on behalf of appellants before this Court and since then aforesaid matter is pending due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.

¶4No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to court below to commit the aforesaid case expeditiously as early as possible, in accordance with the provisions contained in law, subject to full co-operation by the applicant, if there is no other legal impediment.
