¶1Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the Development authority and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Presently, the petitioner seeks enforcement of the Board Resolution dated 10.11.2010 passed by the Greater Noida Authority. Thus, the petitioner seeks exemption of his land being Khasra No. 554, area 0.4430 hectare, village Bisrakh Jalalpur, District Gautam Buddha Nagar.

¶3Perusal of the resolution indicates that relevant proposal has been made to exempt the petitioner's land.

¶4Since much time has passed, on specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that above resolution was not implemented in the case of the petitioner and that due compensation has been computed and paid out to the petitioner.

¶4In view of the above fact of award having been made and due compensation paid, the resolution being relied upon has ceased to carry any weight. It is not enforceable in face of change of the title completed as a result of receipt of the compensation.
