The present criminal appeal has been preferred under Section 341 of Cr.P.C. to set aside the judgment and order dated 26.05.2023 passed by family court, Chitrakoot, by which the application of the appellant under Section 340 has been rejected. On 31.07.2023, 19.09.2023 and 30.10.2023 the case was passed over on the request of learned counsel for the appellant. The present appeal is pending for admission.
