¶1Prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to pay balance sum of Rs. 8,64,729/- along with interest to the petitioner in pursuance of a work order dated

11.9.2018.

¶2Sri A.K. Malviya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4, states that the representation filed by the petitioner will be decided by respondent no. 3 within such time as may be directed by this Court.

¶3Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2023 (annexure-7) within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
