¶1Against the order dated 3rd November, 2023 passed by the Commissioner Sugarcane, Lucknow, the petitioners have the remedy to file an appeal under Section 15 (4) of the Uttar Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1953.

¶2In view of availability of alternative remedy to the petitioners, it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India at this stage.

¶3The writ petition is dismissed.
