¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the concerned police station is not registering a first information report regarding certain offences committed by the respondent nos. 4 to 8 against the petitioner.

¶2The petitioner has the remedy to file an application under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the concerned Magistrate.

¶3In view of availability of alternative statutory remedy to the petitioner, it is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
