¶1Present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, against the judgement and order dated

26.09.2023 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 2, Allahabad in Matrimonial Case No. 450 of 2023 (Paritosh Kumar Kesarwani Vs. Richa Rajarshi), whereby the marriage between the parties has been dissolved under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

¶2After arguing the matter at length, Shri Saroj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the appellant prays, appellant may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal in face of the statement of the appellant recorded before the learned court below as certified by that Court itself.
