¶1Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, on instruction, submits that the writ petition be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file an application under Section 28 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 and further prayed that concerned authority may be directed to decide the same expeditiously.
