02.07.2023, in terms of which the claim of the petitioners for inter-district transfer has been declined. Counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 submits that pursuant to the previous order certain instructions have been received to the effect that although the petitioner had obtained quality point marks at the cut off; however, since there were other candidates who were senior to him, therefore, his claim for inter-district transfer was declined. Counsel for the petitioner has not been able to dispute the aforesaid factual contention. Learned counsel, accordingly, submits that he does not wish to pursue the matter any further.
