¶1Sri Ram Milan Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, on instruction, submits that prayer no. 2 of writ petition be considered, i.e., to decide the application of petitioner dated 20.07.2023 registered as Case No. 36/2023 5413 5415 0605 54, filed under Rule 109(A) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954 within a stipulated time.

¶2In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with observation the concerned authority will take all endeavor to decide aforesaid application expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
