¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner was ready for a one time settlement.

¶2Under such circumstances, the petitioner may approach the competent authority under the Government Order dated

4.11.2023. As and when the petitioner approaches the authority concerned, his request for one time settlement may be considered sympathetically within a period of one month. For a period of one month or till the consideration of one time settlement, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
