¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioners to decide Case No. 252/349 (Radha Krishna vs. Balram and others), under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before Consolidation Officer, Ballia is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
