¶1Following prayers have been made in the instant petition:- "i. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to resp. nos.2 & 3 to sanction and approve lay out plan submitted by petitioner without any further delay. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction to commanding to the court below to decide Execution Case No.19 of 2018 within a time bound frame which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in view of the present fact and circumstances."

¶2The layout plan of the petitioner has been rejected by order dated 05.09.2022. The same is not under challenge, therefore, the first prayer cannot be granted.

¶3In respect of the second prayer, which is for a direction to the executing court to decide the execution case in time bound manner, we direct the Executing Court to make all endeavour to conclude the execution proceedings expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of communication of the instant order, provided there is no legal impediment.
