The writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief : - "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the gata no. 196, 197, 200 & 201 situated in Village - Shahjahanpur Aima, Pargana - Kora, Tehsil - Bindki, District - Fatehpur so the law and order may be maintained." The issue in the present petition involves disputed questions of fact, therefore, it is not a fit case for consideration by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
