¶1Prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent No. 6 to hand over physical possession of the plot allotted to the petitioner in pursuance of his application dated

28.01.2016 and remove trees from the said plot and waive interest on the amount which is yet to be paid.

¶2Shri Vivek Saran, learned counsel appearing for U.P. Awas Evam Vikas Parishad states that the representation of the petitioner in this behalf would be decided.

¶3Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2023 by a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
