¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Case No. 338 and 339 of 2023 (State vs. Nagenera Bahadur Singh), under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before Consolidation Officer, Haliya, District Mirzapur is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
