The grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is that Gaon Sabha of the village is making constructions over Plot Nos. 638, 960 and 1158 of which the petitioners claim to be Bhumidhar. The issue in the present petition requires consideration of revenue records which can be done by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, District Jaunpur. The petitioners may make a representation before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, District Jaunpur bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who on receipt of the said representation shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
