¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

¶2Petitioner is aggrieved by an order of his externment dated

29.11.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Mirzapur.

¶3Admittedly, against the impugned externment order, the petitioner has availed statutory alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Commissioner as provided under Section 6 of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970. Since the petitioner has already availed the statutory alternative remedy, this petition is not maintainable.
