The present petition has been filed for the following relief : - "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding to the respondents to restrain the respondent No. 8 for running illegal cycle stand at Diwani Nyaylaya Sarpataha Gyanpur Bhadohi parallel cycle stand to the petitioner at the outside of premises of Diwani Nyayalya Sarpataha Gyanpur Bhadohi." The matter has to be decided by the District Magistrate, Bhadohi, District Bhadohi who is the appropriate authority. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhadohi, District Bhadohi that in case, the petitioner makes a representation before the District Magistrate, Bhadohi, District Bhadohi within fifteen days from today, the same shall be decided by the District Magistrate, Bhadohi, District Bhadohi within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation.
