¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

¶2Petitioner is aggrieved by an order of his externment dated

23.09.2023 passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Hathras.

¶3Against the impugned externment order, the petitioner has statutory alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Commissioner as provided under Section 6 of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970. That remedy has not been availed by the petitioner.
