¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Sagar Srivastava, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Krishna Mohan Asthana, learned counsel for the respondent Bank.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the entire amount, which was due viz-a-viz the Bank, has been paid by the petitioner under the One Time Settlement scheme. Under such circumstances, he prays that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and the respondent Bank may be directed to provide "No Dues Certificate" to the petitioner.

¶3The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
