Sri Birendra Kumar Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 27.10.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner submitted a representation before the District Basic Education Officer, Pilibbit, which has been rejected in terms of an order dated 25.11.2023. Accordingly, it is submitted that no cause of action survives in the present writ petition and the petitioner does not wish to pursue the petition any further, and that he would challenge the order which has been subsequently passed by filing a fresh writ petition.
