At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that there is no provision for re-valuation of the answer sheet under the Intermediate Education Act, 1921 and submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable. He relied upon the judgement of Supreme Court in the case of Dr. NTR University of Health Schences Vs. Dr. Yerra Trinath and others, 2022 SCC online SC 1520. Confronted with the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition at this stage. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
