The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the Gram Sabha is constructing a road over Plot Nos. 73 and 75 which the petitioner claims to be his abadi plot despite interim protection granted to the petitioner in Second Appeal No. 682 of 1990. The issue involved in the present petition can be decided by the Up Zila Adhikari, Tehsil Ghosi, District Mau. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Up Zila Adhikari, Tehsil Ghosi, District Mau that in case, the petitioner makes a representation before the Up Zila Adhikari, Tehsil Ghosi, District Mau within fifteen days from today, the same shall be decided by the Up Zila Adhikari, Tehsil Ghosi, District Mau within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation.
