Applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure with the prayer to expedite the proceedings of Session Case No. 2193 of 2022 (State vs. Dipanshu and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 812 of 2022, under Sections 147, 354Ka(I)(i), 354Kha, 354Ka(II), 452, 504, 506 IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Hapur Nagar, District Hapur within a stipulated period. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that it would be in the interest of justice if the proceedings in the subject trial are expedited. During the course of hearing, it is not disputed that the charges against the accused were framed on 4th July, 2023. The above background shows that the trial has commenced recently, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Dismissed.
