¶1List has been revised. No one appears to press this petition.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "(i) Call for record of the case from the court below, and direct the learned court below to decide the case no. 1200 of 2022 (Vivek Kumar vs Smt. Poem), under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffar Nagar expeditiously within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3It appears that the petitioner had filed the aforesaid Matrimonial Divorce Petition No. 1200 of 2022 (Vivek Kumar Vs. Smt. Poem) which is stated to be pending.

¶4Section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 specifically provides that all proceedings under the Act should be held on a day to day basis and effort should be made to conclude the proceedings as far as possible within six months from the date of service of the petition on the respondent.

¶5In view of the aforesaid provisions of the Act, I am of the opinion that no further direction is required.
