¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P./opposite party no. 1.

¶2It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that due to bonafide mistake, name and descriptions of the opposite party No. 2 has been wrongly mentioned in the application, therefore, applicants do not want to press this application. They may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P./opposite party no. 1 has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the applicants.

¶4In vies of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
