¶1Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present appeal under Section 14A(1) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed for setting aside the entire proceedings of case No. 415 of 2012 (State Vs. Mukund Lal and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 258 of 2011, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (X) SC/ST Act, Police Station Sarai Inayat, District Allahabad as well as Charge sheet no. A-11 of 2012 dated 19.02.2012 and cognizance order dated 05.04.2012 and its other consequential order, only against the appellant, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.9, Allahabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the cognizance order dated 05.04.2012, appellant shall appear before the court concerned and apply for regular bail. He prays that the court concerned may be directed to consider and decide the bail application of the appellant expeditiously.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, appellant is directed to appear before the court concerned and apply for regular bail within ten days. In case, the appellant appears before the court concerned and applies for bail within the aforesaid period, the court concerned shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law.
