¶1None appeared on behalf of the applicant even in revised call, however, learned AGA for the State is present.

¶2On 04.12.2023, C.J.M., Bulandshahar was directed to submit a report with regard to current status of the trial.

¶3Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, C.J.M. Bulandshahar has submitted its report dated 12.12.2023, which is on record and flagged as 'A'.

¶4As per the report of C.J.M., concerned, applicant has already been acquitted by the trial court, therefore, it appears, the instant bail application has become infructuous.
