¶1Heard Sri Pramod Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Pawan Kumar Giri, holding brief of Sri Praveen Kumar Giri, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.

¶2At the outset, it is stated that controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by the earlier decision of a coordinate bench of this Court in Writ - C No. - 32632 of 2023 (Smt. Chand Kapoor and 39 Others Vs. State of U.P. And 5 Others) and connected matters decided on 11.12.2023, Neutral Citation No. - 2023:AHC:234142-DB.
