¶1Heard Shri Rakesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Vibhav Ojha,learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.10.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 122 of 2022 under Sections 498A, 323, 376, 504, 511 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Bareilly.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet No. 103 of 2022 has already been submitted on

01.12.2022 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
