¶1Heard Shri Rakesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Vibhav Ojha,learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 03.03.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0026 of 2023 under Section 306 IPC and Section 3(2)

(v) SC/ST At, Police Station G.R.P. Moradabad, District Moradabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that petitioners have been arrested in the present case, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
