¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide Matrimonial Case No. 1499 of 2022 (Smt. Dimpal and Another vs. Anuj Kumar), pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffar Nagar filed by the applicant, under Section 128 Cr.P.C. within time frame to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law, arising out of Matrimonial Case No. 926 of 2019, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Mansoorpur, District-Muzaffar Nagar.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that proceedings under Section 128 Cr.P.C. is pending before the Principal Judge Family Court, Muzaffar Nagar since 2022.

¶4Considering the fact that the proceedings under Section 128 Cr.P.C. is pending since 2022, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid execution proceedings in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
