¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the trial Court to consider and decide the Case No. 89 of 2022 (Smt. Shailja Tomar Vs. Vineet Kumar and others), under Section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station-Ramala, District-Baghpat, within time stipulated by this Court.

¶3No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial of aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months subject to full co-operation by the applicant, if there is no other legal impediment.
