The present petition has been filed by way of a public interest litigation with regard to alleged illegal encroachments over plot no.147 and plot no. 157 situated at Mohammadpur Marhat (Bhikharipur), Pargana Anguli, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur which are stated to be recorded as "Chak marg" in the revenue records. It is not disputed that for redressal of the aforesaid grievance, there is a complete procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 and in view thereof this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
