¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "i. An order or direction commanding the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Shahganj, Jaunpur to pass at the earliest or within the reasonable period which this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stipulate in that regard, appropriate order on 6C application of the petitioner which he has filed along with affidavit in Original Suit No. 1733 of 2022 (Rajdev and others vs. Adhishashi Abhiyanta Jal Nigam and others) on 25.11.2022."

¶3It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid original suit was filed on 25.11.2022 seeking a relief of permanent injunction which is stated to be pending. It is stated that only notices were issued on the application 6C filed by the petitioner on 29.11.2022 but since then, neither any injunction has been granted nor the application has been decided.

¶4A perusal of the record of this petition reveals that the certified copy of the order-sheet has not been filed that would evince the stage of the suit.

¶5Be that as it may, since, it is the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that the application for temporary injunction is pending, the trial court is directed to endeavour to decide the same without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided there is no legal impediment in the matter.
