¶1The petitioner has challenged e-auction notice fixing e-auction of various E.W.S. houses/flats including the one in respect of which, the petitioner is claiming right on 10.11.2023.

¶2After making brief submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

¶3Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority for refund of money, if any, deposited by her and in which event the same will be decided by the authority, in accordance with law.
