¶1Heard Shri Amar Jeet Upadhyay, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Ganesh Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Shri Sundeep Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2Present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 against the order dated 14.07.2023 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 2, Meerut, whereby the learned court below has recalled its ex-parte order dated 11.10.2017. By that earlier order, the learned court below has dissolved the marriage between the parties at the instance of the appellant.

¶3Initially, vide order dated 9.8.2023, we had referred the matter to mediation. Today, Shri Amar Jeet Upadhyay submits, the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal. He also informs that mediation is already pending between the parties at the mediation centre attached to the learned court below.

¶4Shri Ganesh Shukla, Advocate holding brief of learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
