¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Judicial Magistrat, Mau to consider and decide the case No. 16256 of 2021 (State Vs. Shailesh Pandey) arising out of Case crime no. 758 of 2020, under Section 420, 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Mohammadabad, District-Mau within time stipulated by this Court.

¶3It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that this application is pending since 2020. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.

¶4No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial of aforesaid case expeditiously preferable within a period of six months in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment.
