¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed seeking eviction against the Gaon Sabha and / or compensation for the land encroached upon by the Gaon Sabha to construct a mini stadium.

¶2Inherently disputed facts are involved as may not permit a fruitful adjudication in writ proceeding.
