An affidavit on behalf of State has been filed today, wherein it has been stated that the State Government has taken a decision on 6th December, 2023 for payment of minimum of pay scale to the applicant at Rs.18,000/- in place of Rs.7,000/-. As the decision has been taken, the contempt application has rendered infructuous. The opposite party is hereby directed to comply the order passed by State Government on 6th December, 2023 and pass on the benefit to the applicant in view of decision taken by State Government. The contempt application stands disposed of, however, leaving it open to the applicant to move recall application, in case the order is not complied with by the opposite party.
