¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the applicants is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶3By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the court concerned to decide the Case No. 455 of 2022, under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005, Police Station Kotwali, District Mainpuri pending before learned Civil Judge (J.D)/F.T.C (C.A.W.), Mainpuri within time stipulated by this Court.

¶4The perusal of the order sheet raise a presumption that the dates in the matter are been given in a casual manner by the office.

¶5No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed off with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, provided there is no other legal impediment.
