The present petition has been filed by way of a public interest litigation seeking to raise a grievance with regard to alleged illegal encroachments over Gaon Sabha land. It is not disputed that for redressal of the aforesaid grievance, there is a complete procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and in view thereof, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
