¶1Having heard Mr. Anil Kumar Rajak, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3, 4 and 6 and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, at present, it appears that the order passed by the Collector, Hamirpur (respondent no.2) dated 22nd February, 2023 may give rise to appropriate proceeding under Chapter VI A of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987 before the permanent Lok Adalat.
¶2Since disputed facts are involved, we dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Permanent Lok Adalat within a period of one month from today. If such compliance is made, no objection may be raised as to the delay, as time had been consumed in the proceedings that were conducted by the District Magistrate. (Shiv Shanker Prasad, J.)
